Refund policy

Products/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Hashtag retail store with an invoice or by sending it to our office address at Plot #461 Sector 31-A, Allah Wala Town, Mehran Town Extension, Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan.

In case you want to exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to hello@thehashtag.pk or call 03 111 292 393

All products purchased from Hashtag can be exchanged within 15 days only if 

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the products or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased. 
• You must email photographic evidence of the defective items at hello@thehashtag.pk, within 3 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Hashtag does not offer a Refund or Money Back Guarantee on purchased items.
